So this is how it begins another summer weekend. And what better way to start?
Viewing a summer festival that takes place across the world. Just like that.
Some will say "is not the same thing" you are missing out. Maybe or maybe not. For me even if it is in the confort of my home it still has what is fundamental to me. Music. Good one music and with good quality.
I dont need to wait in lines. I do not wait for hours to go to the bathroom and for those who know me ... well ... I like a good bathroom. And i don't need to spend any money. Wich is a great deal. Sorry bu it is.
Best of all? The sound quality is better. I have no crowds around me! Or rows, or dust, nor heat, nor am I obliged to eat unhealth food and expensive.
If I lose the essence of the festival? Perhaps. But may win in other ways.
Never im my wildest dreams I would be able to go to USA, Tennessee, see Music Festival and arts called Bonnaroo.
What this festival has that is a major point to me? Remembers me of Coachella.
They have multiple stagees in live streaming we can acess 3. Always live.
There will be more than 100 performers.
A festival fool of good damn music.
The Royal Blood just ended their performance. Flawless. Later in the night the Alabama Shakes (band I discovered with Coachella and would strongly advise to listen) will hit the main stage, Soja, Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminal, Earth, Wind & Fire for those who enjoy good old music of the 70/80. Tomorrow Belle & Sebastian, Hozier, Mumford & Sons and many many more.
And I?
Watching all of this in the comfort of my couch. Without missing a beat. Going to the bathroom when I want I'll eat if you want and what i want, without spending a penny but I still live the same emotions that anyone there this.
There reason? Music. Nothing more then music.
Another weekend of little sleep and very good music.

Assim começa mais um fim de semana de verão. E qual a melhor forma de começar?
A ver um festival de verão que se passa nada mais nada menos do outro lado do mundo. Só assim como ninguém quer a coisa.
Alguns dirão "não é a mesma coisa", pois não. Não é mas também não é pior. Não deixa de ter aquilo que é fundamental para mim. Boa música e de boa qualidade.
Não passo por filas, não gasto dinheiro, não espero horas a fio para ir à casa de banho e para quem me conhece...bem...eu gosto de uma boa casa de banho.
O melhor de tudo? A qualidade do som é melhor. Não tenho multidões à minha volta! Nem filas, nem pó, nem calor, nem sou obrigada a comer comida...de plástico e cara.
Se perco a essencia dos festivais? Talvez. Mas talvez ganhe de outras formas.
Jamais ser me ia plausível ir aos EUA, ao Tennessee, ver Festival de música e artes chamado de Bonnaroo. Para alguns o Coachella do Sul.
Boa música, neste momento estão a tocar os Royal Blood. Daqui a poucos passam os Alabama Shakes (banda que descobri com o Coachella e aconselho vivamente a escutarem), Ben Harper and the Inocent Criminal, Earth, Wind & Fire para quem gosta de boa música oldie dos anos 70/80. Amanhã os Belle & Sebastian e os Hozier, Mumford & Sons e muitos muitos mais.
E eu?
A ver tudo no conforto do meu sofá. Sem perder pitada. A ir ao wc quando quero, a comer se quiser, sem gastar um tostão mas a viver as mesma emoções que quem lá esta.
O importante? A música. Nada mais.

Well the platform name is VyRT and was initially thought and designed by the lead singer and one of the founders of the band Thirty Seconds to Mars. You may know him. His name is Jared Leto.
He has created this as way to spread the word about their own work and also other artist such as Gerard Way, Greek Fire, Linkin Park, Jonas Brothers, just to name a few.
On VyRT you have free events and there are events that you pay to watch. The content for all of them are always exclusive and you can only get them on VyRT.
The prices are always symbolic and some content has to be unlocked by the member's of the community. That's how every one has access to the events.
In some events a set number of tickets need to be sold and therefore it has to be unlocked. When the target is reached the event get's unlocked and a date and time is set to watch . Most of the time, the chosen day is Sunday. Sunday Funday as the regulars call it. Always at the same day and hour to better suit the different timezones of the community members.
Everything on VyRT was thought as a means of sharing music of sharing different kinds of musics and other exclusive content like healthy vegan lifestyles with Brendan Brazier or learning how to cook in a healthy way with Tomo Miličević, Thirty Seconds to Mars guitar player.
It's not the money or the profits that moves all behind VyRT. Music. Sharing. That's the main core of VyRT. Spreading the love for music and new artists such as Boy Epic for instance.
VyRT is in a desert island far away from the claws of the big record labels.
Some of the events unlocked in the past fews weeks includes exclusive concerts with limited access such as the acoustic concerts that Thirty Seconds to Mars held in March and April, in Moscow, Paris and London.
All events have a chat where all community members can interact with each other as well as they can interact with the artists themselves. This is all entirely free of charge and always in real time and without filters.
The artists are always available to comment with the "vyrters". Whether to answer questions about their work, to share news or ask for opinions about some random topic.
This platform was created and conceived not as a business or place where fanatics of the band hang out. It was thought to be an exchange of community experiences and shares. Whether it's new discoveries musically or different levels of cultural exchanges.
The main language used in chat and English but every day there are users to use their mother tongue and to teach others a little of that too.
VyRT is this and more.
Over time you will tend to create bonds of friendship even if you dont want to or didn't care about it.There is always someone to protect us from the one day less good or make you laugh until you can't laugh anymore. There is always ways they brighten your day.
We feel the affection from the artists and platform administrators. Which treat users not only as consumers but as peers. Friends.
The VyRTers cannot complain about lack of affection by the man who conceived this platform and that keeps it alive and active. Whenever he can Jared Leto makes time in his busy schedule to come and chat for a while with words of comfort,wisdom and sometimes seeking exchange of ideas on new projects or hear opinions on new projects or artists, in order to get some new artists to be apart of the VyRT community.
Some would call VyRT a place full of Thirty Seconds to Mars fanatics but not Jared Leto and his team.
On the contrary for the band and Jared it self they don't have fans. The band hates that word. They have an extended family.
For values of current event that requires 10,000 tickets sold to be unlocked values are around 4.99$ (approximately € 4.78) up to usd 49.99$ (approximately € 44.78). The tickets values depends on your needs.
There is a live ticket (approximately € 4.78/ 4.99$) which entitles the user to only see the event on the day and time of the event. The on demand ticket (approximately € 4.78 / 4.99$ ) allows you to download the event after it premiers, you can download the event after it happens. The golden (approximately € 8.05 / 8.99$) which is a live and on demand combined were the user can view the event live and download it later if you want. The event will later be put in your vault if you have on-demand or a golden ticket. Finally there is the VIP ticket (approximately € 44.78 / 49.9$) where you have all off the above options plus an exclusive clip.
Here the "vipers" affectionately dubbed by Jared Leto and rest of the team have access to a "treat" chosen by Jared himself. Normally the vip content is loaded with some exclusive clips, pieces of concerts, backstage action, rituals before the concerts, some pranks here and there, and the love and friendship the all share. They also show us bit and pieces of their life's on the road the playful moments the goofiness in the atmosphere, places they visited, the cultural exchanges they were fortunate enough to expirience throught the years.
They share all with the Fans. Well let's rewind.
Not fans because for Shannon, Jared and Tomo that is a forbidden word.
They don't have fans.
For them it´s an extended family whom they affectionately call the Echelon or Mars Army.
30 STM never forget or are willing to forget that the blessings they have are because of those who believed in them and who bet on them. Those who bought their cd's, dvd's went to concerts some in very doubtful places or bought their merchandise and still do until this day and beyond. They are keen to demonstrate that love and thankfulness daily on social networks and on VyRT.
Never forget that because of the Echelon they can live their dreams. So they encourage us to follow ours, not to be afraid to try and fail but if you fail try again. They teach us to have dreams and never stop dreaming and that life is made of love a bit of lust too but not in a sinful way but positively. We have to have faith to have dreams and dreams to have faith.
No wonder their his last record is entitled "Love + Lust + Faith & Dreams".
The band members never forget them and always find a way to thank the Echelon daily.
Those who believed in them have given them the opportunities to travel, exchange cultures and conquer the world in different ways.
This is the message they try to convey daily to Echelon. No, this is not a cult or fanaticism.
On the contrary. It is an experience sharing community based on something in common to all.
Music.
Nothing more than music.
Thirty Seconds to Mars music or not.
Music unites what the men try to separate. There is no color, gender, religious belief or sexual orientation, or age on VyRT. There are no qualifications, doctors or engineers.
Just music. Just good damn music. And a great sense of belonging and understanding. Every day there are acts of compassion without asking or waiting anything in return. Even if it's just gifting tickets for this or another event. All because of music.
On VyRT every one is a psychologist a love guru and a master at diplomacy.
Come meet the VyRT. Much more than a platform or a simple website but a true community where there is the "sheriff" and their "helpers".
#soon for this community not always means quick or immediate. But soon, eventually. Where "idk" means "I don't know" and "this" means that you agree with or something that supports something that was said. Lmao means laughing your ass off.
Yes, it has is own language. It's own understanding. Something only a tight and united community knows..
A community that is sustained through "Crowdfunded Events", ie events sponsored by public and where the first believers are recognized by the artists through badges that differentiate them from other members of the community, as well as a personalized e-mail as a thank you. Not with a derogatory sense but rather as a way of them being thankfull and public recognition.
At this point the event that we are trying to unlock is the acoustic concert that took place on May 9 in the city of London. The goal? Sell 10,000 tickets asap. At this time we have sold around 1530 tickets. And the number is increasing every minute.
Usually, after the events are unblocked is provided in the date and time on which it will occur. Normally it is a week later so that all VyRTer's can make plans accordingly.
This community and platform needs to branch out in order spread the word across borders in order to give notice about this project.
And yes we also need new people in so we can unlock this event and for everyone to have access to a unique concert by a very symbolic cost less than 5 € / 5 usd.

Conhecem alguma plataforma onde possam partilhar a vossa paixão pela música?
Eu conheço.
A plataforma chama se VyRT e foi criada pelo Jared Leto (lead singer dos Thirty Seconds to Mars) de forma a divulgar a música da sua banda assim como outros artistas (Gerard Way, Greek Fire, Linking Park, Jonas Brothers, são só alguns exemplos).
Existem eventos gratuitos com conteúdos exclusivos e alguns eventos de conteúdo exclusivo mas com preços simbólicos e que tem que ser "desbloqueados" pelos membros da comunidade. Assim que o patamar escolhido é alcançado o evento é desbloqueado e agendada uma data para o mesmo ser transmitido. Por norma sempre a um domingo e sempre à mesma hora para que todos possam assistir mesmo com os diferentes horário de cada parte do mundo.
Tudo foi pensado na partilha de algo que a comunidade tem em comum a música e não os lucros das grandes "records labels".
Alguns dos eventos tem sido concertos exclusivos de acesso limitado como por exemplo concertos acústicos realizados em Março e Abril, em Moscovo, Paris e Londres.
Todos os eventos tem um chat onde todos os membros da comunidade podem interagir uns com os outros assim como interagir com os próprios artistas. Isto tudo de forma inteiramente gratuita e sempre em tempo real e sem filtros.
Os artistas tem sempre disponibilidade para confraternizar com os os "vyrters". Quer seja para responder a questões sobre o seu trabalho, ou para partilharem novidades e também saberem opiniões.
O VyRT foi criado e idealizado não como um negócio ou poço de fanáticos. Foi pensado para ser uma comunidade de troca e partilhas de experiências. Quer seja de novas descobertas a nível musical quer seja nível de trocas culturais. A língua principal utilizada no chat e inglês mas todos os dias existem utilizadores a usarem a sua língua materna e a ensinarem aos outros um pouquinho da mesma também.
O VyRT é isto e muito mais. Ao longo dos tempos vão se criando laços de amizade por mais que não se queira. Existe sempre alguém para nos amparar de um dia menos bom ou fazer rir até não podermos mais nos dias melhores.

Relativamente a valores os do atual evento que necessita de 10000 bilhetes vendidos para ser desbloqueados os valores rondam os 4.99 usd (aproximadamente 4.78€) usd até aos 49.90 usd (aproximadamente 44.78€). Os bilhetes variam conforme as necessidades.
Existe o bilhete live (aproximadamente 4.78€) em que dá direito ao usuário de somente ver o evento no próprio dia e na hora marcada. O on demand (aproximadamente 4.78€) em que somente se pode fazer o download do evento e ter acesso ao mesmo somente nessa altura. O golden (aproximadamente 8.05€) que é uma junção do live com o on demand ou seja o utilizador pode ver o evento no próximo dia e fazer o download mais tarde caso pretenda. Por fim existe o bilhete vip (aproximadamente 44.78€).

Nunca se esquecem que por causa dos echelon's podem viver os seus sonhos. Por isso incentivam nos a seguirem os seus. Não terem medo de tentar e falhar mas tentar outra vez. Ensinam os a terem sonhos e a sonhar. Que a vida é feita de amor mas também de luxúria não de uma forma pecaminosa mas de forma positiva de se fazer aquilo que se gosta que nos dê prazer. Que temos que ter fé para ter sonhos e sonhos para ter fé.
Não é à toa que o seu último trabalho discográfico se intitula "Love+Lust+Faith & Dreams".
É esta a mensagem que tentam transmitir diariamente ao Echelon's. Não, isto não é um culto ou fanatismo.
Pelo contrário. É uma comunidade de troca de experiências tendo por base algo em comum a todos. A música. Nada mais do que a música. Seja dos Thirty Seconds to Mars ou não.
A música une aquilo que os homens tentam separar. Ali não existe cor, género, crença religiosa ou orientação sexual,nem idade. Não existem habilitações literárias,doutores ou engenheiros. Só música. E um grande sentido de pretensa e compreensão. Diariamente existem atos de compaixão sem pedirem os esperarem nada em troca. Mesmo que se traduzam na oferta de bilhetes para este ou aquele evento. E tudo isto por causa de música.
Venham conhecer o VyRT. Muito mais que uma plataforma ou um simples site mas uma autêntica comunidade onde existe o "xerife" e os seus "ajudantes".
Nesta comunidade que #soon não quer dizer que seja rápido ou imediato. Onde "idk" quer dizer "I don´t know" e "this" quer dizer que se concorda com algo ou que se apoia algo que foi dito. Sim tem uma linguagem própria. Algo que só a proximidade e união consegue fazer.

Por norma após os eventos serem desbloqueados é nos facultada a data e hora em que o mesmo irá ocorrer. Normalmente é sempre uma semana depois de forma que todos os VyRTer's se possam organizar de forma a não perderem o evento.
Todos nesta comunidade necessitamos que a palavra seja espalhar além fronteiras de forma a darmos a conhecer este projeto assim como conseguirmos desbloquear o evento e para que todos tenham acesso a um concerto único por um custo deverás bastante simbólico e atrativo, um custo inferior a 5€.

Alguns de vós sabem do meu amor e grande paixão por música, outros só agora o vão descobri.
Aqui vai ser exposto o que me vai na alma partilhadas paixões, segredos, o caminho da auto descoberta de uma nova vida, vão ser celebradas novas etapas e deferidas algumas lágrimas de dias menos bom.
Nesta grande luta da minha vida, nesta dura batalha contra a obesidade a música cada vez mais tem vindo a ter um grande impacto. A música me me relembrou que devo sonhar e ter fé. Espero que gostem de entrar no meu pequeno mundo enquanto luto esta dura batalha que é a vida de um obeso à espera de uma cirurgia bariátrica.
Não se trata de uma exposição mas sim um daily reminder (um lembrete diário) para não me esquecer de ter fé continuar a sonhar e nunca me esquecer das razões que me levaram a finalmente encarar esta luta.
